By confirming this quote, you acknowledge and agree to the following Custom Order Terms and Conditions:

1. Order Confirmation: Confirmation of this quote via email constitutes a binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and Fins Outdoors, LLC. Upon confirmation, your draft order is finalized and enters production.
2. Production Timeline: All lead times provided are estimates based on the best available information from our suppliers and their mills. Fins Outdoors, LLC is not liable for unforeseen production or delivery delays caused by supplier or mill-related issues.
3. Non-Cancellation Policy: Once a custom order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Fins Outdoors, LLC assumes production costs upon order confirmation and is not responsible for losses due to cancellation requests made after production has begun.
4. Payment Terms: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon order confirmation. The remaining 50% is due prior to delivery or shipment. Production will not begin until the deposit is received. Failure to remit the deposit may delay fulfillment timelines.
5. No Resale Guarantee: Because custom orders are produced specifically for you, Fins Outdoors, LLC cannot guarantee the resale of canceled items and thus cannot absorb associated costs.
